Renting a room at the Walnut Creek Elks Lodge on Creekside Drive. We had our over-nighter there. Easy access for wheelchairs, parking, etc. Working to accommodate all.

We plan to have simple set up/decorations/class pictures at 12 noon, run the event from 1 to 5 and have 5 to 6 for clean up.
Looking at not having a full sit down meal. Many diet problems to take into consideration.
The lodge has a bar and we rent the services of the bar tenders.
Thinking of self serve food but maybe a little more than finger food. Deli style, like cold cuts and salads. Committees will be formed as we get closer to the date.
Maybe a decorated cake from Costco. Sugar free?
